Here at Celebration Health you will experience "A Whole Person" Approach to Weight Loss Surgery.

Meet Dr. Keith Kim and the team at Celebration Health to learn more about weight loss surgery. You hear about each of the weight loss procedures performed, how our center of excellence program follows you through out your journey as well as talk to some past patients and hear their stories.

Please arrive by 5:45pm and bring your Photo ID and Insurance Card. We will make copies of your information, and have our Insurance Coordinator verify your benefits.
